A summer festival from some time ago

A picture of summer festival from some time ago has appeared. I've forgotten where it was taken, and I also don't remember when. Upon closer inspection, I saw tha the file contained a date: July 28, 2023.

I think it was probably after work, on my way back, and I happended to come across a summer festival.
